This weekend La Jolla will host the 3rd annual San Diego Walk To End Genocide, a fund raising event for JWW. The walk will be held on Sunday, March 23rd at La Jolla’s Nobel Park, with proceeds supporting JWW’s efforts to stop worldwide genocide. The honorary walk chairman is congresswoman Susan Davis, who will be joining the hundreds of other walkers to support the cause.
The walk will be held from 10 am to 2 pm, with two walks and an awareness fair happening at Nobel Park. The goal is to raise $10,000 for the cause, as well as to raise awareness of the issue. Those who cannot join the walk can donate online or sponsor a student walker.
It should be a nice day for a walk, but then again, every day is a beautiful day in La Jolla! This is an incredible place to live, with amazing weather, fantastic beaches and stunning luxury homes for sale. La Jolla has so much to offer!
